Anderson & Associates, P.C., was founded in 1983 by Jonathan G. Anderson. Today, it is a six attorney law firm with offices in Schaumberg, Glen Ellyn and Chicago.
Practice Areas
The attorneys of Anderson & Associates, P.C., practice in two primary areas of concentration. The Divorce and Family Law Department, which also handles the related areas of real estate, corporation, estate planning and probate, accounts for seventy percent of the practice. The Debtor/Creditor Relations Department, which handles Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 Bankruptcies, was well as creditor negotiations and foreclosure issues, accounts for the remaining thirty percent of the practice.

Schaumburg Office
Anderson & Associates, P.C. open its Schaumburg office at its present location, 1701 E. Woodfield Road, Suite 1050, in August, 1994. Today the Schaumburg office is the corporate headquarters of the law firm. Three attorneys have their primary office at our Schaumburg location – Jonathan Anderson, Robin Zandri and Christopher Maurer.
The Schaumburg office, located on the tenth floor of the 1701 E. Woodfield Road building, is located across the street from Woodfield Mall, near both the Woodfield Road and Higgins Road (Route 72) exits off of Interstate 290 (also at Route 53). The location is also convenient to Interstate 90, being just 2 minutes South of 90 on 290/53.
The attorneys in the Schaumburg office represent clients in all of the firms’ areas of law. While these attorneys do handle cases in any of the Chicagoland Counties when it is appropriate considering the individual attorney’s subspecialties and upon client request, the primary focus is in Cook County – 1st District (Chicago) and 3rd District (Rolling Meadows). The Schaumburg office attorneys also handle the Lake and McHenry County cases.
Glen Ellyn Office
In August, 1999, to accommodate the firm’s rapidly increasing DuPage County case load, Anderson & Associates, P.C. opened an office at 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Andrea Lawrence, Danette Peterson and Dennise McCann maintain their offices in Glen Ellyn. Ms. Lawrence and Ms. Peterson work in the Divorce and Family Law Department. Their primary focus is in DuPage County, but they handle our Kane and Will County cases as well. Dennise McCann works in the Debtor/Creditor Relations Department and appears in all Bankruptcy and State Courts.
The Glen Ellyn office is located on Roosevelt Road just minutes West of I-355. The Roosevelt Road exit is also convenient to Route I-88, being just three minutes North of I-88 on I-355
Chicago Loop Office
In 1997, Anderson & Associates, P.C. opened its Chicago Office at 203 North LaSalle Street, Suite 2100. Our attorneys use this office for consultations with our Chicago based clients and with any of our clients before or after Chicago Court hearings and depositions.
The office is located on the 21st Floor of the 203 N. LaSalle Building. The office offers convenient parking in an enclosed multi-story parking lot within the building. There is a mass transit subway stop within the lower level of the building. The office is a short walk (2 blocks) to the Richard J. Daley Center.
